Different type of valves

 Ball valves

This Valve is a form of quarter-turn valve which uses a hollow, perforated & pivoting Ball which helps to increase flow through it. It is open when the ball's hole is in line with the flow & closed when it is pivoted 90-degrees by the valve handle. The handle lies flat in alignment with the flow when open, & is perpendicular to it when closed, making for easy visual confirmation of the valve's status.       Butterfly valves

A Butterfly Valves is a Valves that isolates or controls the flow of a fluid. The closing mechanism is a disk that moves Its operation is similar to that of a Butterfly Valve, which allows for quick shut off. Butterfly Valves are generally preferred because they are cost effective than other Valves designs, & are lighter in weight so they need less support.

         Gate valves

A Gate Valve also called as a sluice valve, is a Valves which opens with lifting a round or rectangular gate/wedge out of the path of the fluid. Gate Valves are mainly designed to start or stop the flow, & when minimum flow restriction is needed. In working, these Valves usually are either fully opened or fully closed.          Globe Valves

A globe valve is different from other Valves. These Valves are used for maintaining flow in a pipeline, consisting of different movable disk-type element & a ring seat in a spherical body. A Globe Valves is a linear motion Valves & are primarily designed to stop, start & regulate flow. The disk of a Globe Valves can be totally removed from the flow path or it can completely close the flow path.

          Check valves

Check Valves are often forgotten by many industry experts. However, Check Valves are one of the most important Valves in a system. They work to ensure smooth operations & safety. But what is a Check Valves & how does it work? Visit check valves manufacturer in India.

          Strainer valves

Strainers are valves for mechanically removing unwanted solids from liquid, gas or steam lines by the means of a perforated/wire mesh straining element in easy words Strainers are pipe fittings which remove particulates from liquids or gas via a filtering element intersecting the main channel.
